I'd like to verify if you can log in to your account so I can help you from there. If you haven't changed your email address and phone number, you can disregard it. For any suspicious emails, you can always report it. You can go to the Intuit Online Security Center for more information.

I was able to log in but wasn't able to get the verification code texted to my phone. I had to have it sent to my email address.
I received an email saying my email address and phone number were updated and to contact intuit if I hadn't made this request. Do I have to wait until Monday to find out if my account has been hacked?

It may may take several minutes to receive the verification code on your phone or email. You'll want to check your junk email folders or restart your phone. Note: Don't try to get a new code too soon; it will invalidate the old code and and you'll end up waiting longer.
I also recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team to check your account and the email you received.
Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Go to Assistant located in the upper right-hand corner.
In the QB Assistant window, type Talk to a human twice to see the Message an agent or Get a callback option.
