I recently changed from QB Desktop to on-line. How do I clear an invoice pending to pay on the online version?

You'll have to record the payment by clicking the receive payment button to close the invoice. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to Sales, then All Sales.
2. Select Open Invoices.
3. Click the pending invoice to open, then hit Receive payment.
4. In the Receive Payment page, snap the Save and close button.
