I set up a weekly invoice and then changed my mind. How do I delete this

I can help you delete your weekly invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @bodyke-6.

 

We can do this by opening the invoice from the Sales menu. Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. From the Sales menu, select the Invoices tab.
  3. Locate and select the invoice you wish to delete.
  4. In the Action column, click the drop-down arrow.
  5. Choose Delete from the options.

 

If you want to delete the recurring template for your weekly invoice, you can do so by following the steps below: 

 

  1. From the Cog Wheel, select Recurring Transactions.
  2. Locate the recurring invoice(weekly) you wish to delete.
  3. Click on the Edit dropdown.
  4. Hit Delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes in the prompt.

 

This will delete the template and prevent the invoice from being created again in the future.

Moreover, you can keep track of the actions and modifications made on your company's account using the Audit log feature.
