Hi, @waynepto-treasur.
Let me share with you some information about form templates in QuickBooks.
If you've exported your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Template, then you can find it in the folder or storage where you've saved it. On the other hand, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBDT are different software with distinct fields for form templates. The good news is, you can prepare a .docx file from Word, then import the customized style to QBO.
Once the file is ready, turn on the feature from the QuickBooks Labs.
- Go to the Gear icon, then tap on QuickBooks Labs.
- Scroll down to the Import Style section, then switch ON.
- Tap Done.
Then, here's how you can import the style to QuickBooks:
- From the Gear icon, select Custom form styles.
- Tap on the drop-down arrow under New.
- Select Import Style.
- Choose the file you want to import.
For additional references, open this link: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
Moreover, here's how you can personalize your forms in QBO.
