I've submitted multiple tickets over the past three days and have not yet received a call.

My issue...QBO is not recognizing my bank login even though it works when I log directly into US Bank.

I've submitted multiple tickets over the past three days and have not yet received a call.

Have you updated your banking login credentials recently, lioramendeloff?

 

You'll want to update that here:

  1. Click Banking on the left pane.
  2. Select Update.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the bank name, select Edit sign-in info, and enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password.
  4. Select Save and connect. QuickBooks Online will try to connect with your bank to verify your information.
  5. Once you see a confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!

If the error persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online support again.

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
