Yes, you can take the suggestion provided by Fiat Lux - ASIA to reset your account. If your book is less than 60 days old, you can delete everything by purging your data. Here's how:
But if you're online company is older than 60 days, wiping out isn't possible. Thus, you need to cancel your subscription and start a new file by following the steps outlined in this article: Add a new company.
