You have the option to enter multiple emails in your customer's profile. Ensure that the email addresses are separated with commas (,). Let me show the steps.
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Click Customers page.
- Click the customer's name to open their profile, then select the Edit button to view their information.
- Enter the other email address (separated by a comma) in the Email section.
- Hit Save.
