If the dierect deposit method is not showing when i am trying to pay a vendor bill, the subscription has been recently renewed and all is active. How can I fix this?

Hi there, @jeannette-123.

 

Let's ensure that you have the the latest release of QuickBooks Desktop( QBDT). You can update QBDT automatically or manually. See this article for more detailed instruction: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

Then, sign up and set up your vendors for Direct Deposit before you can pay them. 

 

Once you've done, you can pay bills from vendors through Direct Deposit. Here's how:

  1. Click Vendors then select Pay Bills.
  2. Choose the vendor you want to pay.
  3. In the Payment section click Method in the drop-down list, select Direct Deposit.
  4. In the Payment section tap Account in the  drop-down list, choose the account for the payment.
  5. Double check the date.
  6. Tap Pay Selected Bills.
  7. Click Send Direct Deposit.
  8. Hit Send.
