Im trying to pull up recipts from 2018 and 2019, but it's telling me there are none. How do I recover that information?

You can log into the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) to pull up the said files if you're referring to your QBSE payment receipts. This page is where you can find subscription details, product plans, receipts, and other information related to your account.

Here's how to pull up receipts:

1. Go to camps.intuit.com
2. Sign in with your QBSE account information.
3. Under "Payment & Order Activity", click on "View your transaction history".
4. Click on "Details" to the right of the amount.

However, if you're referring to your sales receipts you've attached, you can download them in QBSE. Let me show you how:

For multiple receipts

1. Log into to your QBSE account using a web browser.
2. Go to the Reports menu.
3. In the Receipts section, select a tax year from the drop-down. If you want everything, select All time.
4. Choose Download.
   
5. Select the link to download your receipts as a ZIP file.

For individual receipt

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Find the transaction with the receipt.
3. Select the arrow ▼ to expand the view.
4. In the Receipt section, select the download button.
