This is a reported issue where the I purchase this product/service from a vendor button is unresponsive when creating products and service items. Our engineers are still working on the permanent fix.
Cases like this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users.
Here's how:
- Click the Help icon on the top menu.
- Tick Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
- Tap Let's talk.
- Select Start a chat, Get a callback or Get the number to connect with us.
