In qb desktop I could open several pages from the menu and navigate between them. On the online version I have not been able to do this. Possible? If so, how? Thanks

I'm glad to clarify this situation. These two programs have different features and functions.

The option to open several pages in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is to right-click a menu, then select Open link in new tab. This way, you'll be able to switch and work on your task by switching between those tabs.
