Incorrect credentials or Gmail setting

Why am I getting this error message? I can't email invoices from Quick books for some time now. It worked fine then one day it stopped and I have been getting this message. I have tried enterin password but no luck. I am using Desktop Pro 2018 on a Dell Laptop with windows 10. I use cox thorught outlook. I have read several discussion and tried so many suggestion but nothin is working. Can anyone helpme fix this?

Before doing so, can you tell me the error message you've got? This way, I can provide the correct solution to it.

 

Nevertheless, here's how to configure the email:

 

  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. Select Send Forms.
  3. Go to the My Preferences tab.
  4. Select your preferred email provider.
  5. Click OK.

 

If you want to let your customers pay the invoices online, you can send an online invoice: Take and Process Payments Online.

hello any luck resolving this issue @dog1234  am too having this exact issue. i have tried just about everything. from restart to updates to changing email to use for sending forms and now it says incorrect password even though they are correct. desprate for help over here lol. 

also  using Desktop Pro 2018 on a Dell Laptop with windows 10
