Are you referring to selecting a Preferred vendor for the products you recorded in the system? Currently, the ability to add or edit a preferred vendor all at once or by bulk is not yet available. What you can do is assigned a preferred vendor on each product.
Go to the Sales menu.
Select Products and Services.
Choose the Product you want to add a preferred vendor.
Under the Actions column, click on Edit.
Scroll to the bottom part of the page, click the drop-down to select the vendor’s name.
6. Click Save and Close.
On the other hand, I can see the advantage of being able to update the name of the vendors all at once for you and your business. I’d be delighted to forward this to our Product Developers for future product updates.
