Inventory by class or location?

I can share some details about customizing reports in QuikBooks Online(QBO).

To run inventory reports by class or location isn't available in QBO. The Location Tracking feature works only on sales and expense transactions.

In the meantime, you can consider pulling up these three reports for easy tracking of the quantity on hand, values, and the average cost for each product.

• Inventory Valuation Summary
• Inventory Valuation Detail
• Physical Inventory Worksheet

Here's how to run reports:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Find the report listed above.
3. Select the report to open it.

You need an additional app to manage inventories in multi locations (i.e warehouses) or using POS if you manage inventories in multi stores.
