We are having the same issues. Im going to try clearing my browser, but I doubt thats the issue because its doing it in the app as well.
I'm having the same issue. This morning, the invoices were fine. Went to lunch, came back, and now the invoices are not printing properly. Everything is garbled and misaligned. I checked the invoice template, and that is fine. I'm hoping this is something Intuit did, and can put things back. I can't invoice customers with the way the invoices are printing.
We are having the same issue.

When I try and print invoices the description doesn't print correctly it prints the following instead of what I entered :
$detail.srNo
FYI for a quick fix to print invoices you can download the file and then print and it works fine.
Now that invoices are priniting correctly when you go to print checks the alignment is out of whack. Was just on call for 25+ minutes and result was QB told me to realign checks due to correction QB made to invoices.
We did not change alignment from before other issues and now i have to correct. Issue is check info does not align and it worked before other issues.
Seems like QB could verify corrections and make sure no impact on other areas. I realize things happen but please own up to mistakes and try to resolve in mutual fashion. I have aligned checks before but now have to waste time correcting error we did not cause
Dear QB
I had checks realigned and today is first day printing another batch and this batch is not properly aligned.
They were aligned when i printed Tues. It would be nice if you could let us know when you update program so we know to look out for changes. Since we do not use blank check stock i have to void todays batch since not aligned creating extra work not necessary.
Your help in this area would be greatly appreciated
I appreciate the actions that you've taken to get this check alignment issue sorted out, @accounting476. Let me help you align your printing check in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let's first run a printing test to check alignment in order to accomplish this. This way, you won’t waste actual checks when adjusting the alignment of the check. You can follow the steps below:
Aside from that, we recommend using Adobe Acrobat to print checks if this does not fix the alignment issue. Adobe Reader is required for printing both Standard and Voucher checks. You can download it and set it as your default PDF viewer. Then, attempt to print again.
If the check still doesn't line up, you can follow Step 3 to fine-tune your check alignment. And if the sample print is still off, you might need to adjust the scale on your print dialog box. For detailed information follow Step 4 in this article: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and investigate this further.
