We have not received any reports from other users about difficulties in linking Microsoft Power BI. When it comes to integrating data, it would be best to contact the third-party application provider. Since the transactions that sync into your QuickBooks Online account depends on the transactions shared from the third-party app. They can guide and walk you through on how to link.
As always, you can visit our Community page for some tips and tricks in using QuickBooks accounting and bookkeeping features: QBO Self-Help.

... thats great but I do not know who the 3rd party provider is to contact ?? How would I find this out ??
I get the following prompt. I can't be the only person in the world that is encountering this issue I am sure other people have tried to connect since the 18th of December.
Your help would be appreciated

Since you're trying to link to Microsoft Power BI, you can refer to this link: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails?shortName=powerbi&locale=en-us.
You can view the app information and contact details on the right-side panel. To verify if the app is compliant with the new security requirements, you'll need to contact them so they can provide you with steps on how to link.
Please let me know how the call goes and if you need anything else. I'm more than happy to help. Have a fantastic day!
Hi
I am still having issues with this ... I am based in Sydney Australia & having difficulties contacting them.
I can't be the only person in the world with this issue.
Can you advise on other alternatives ? Or potentially I need to switch from QB's to Xero as there does not seem to be any issues on that system.
Cheers
Matt
