There is a %1 fee if a customer pays through an invoice using ACH bank transfer. The maximum amount you can accept per day is $2,000. You can check out Accept Credit Card Payments for more details about our fees and rates.
Additionally, if you're new to payments, your first payments may take a bit longer while your accounts are being set up. Going forward, the payment process is much faster. See the details outlined in: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online.
