Is there a way I can change the email address that my Intuit invoices are going to? It is not the same address as is on my account.

Several years ago, I changed my business email and updated my accounts with the new one, including Intuit. I've recently noticed that the subscription payment emails are still being sent to the old email. I don't see any other place to change this email on the subscription notices. Is there a way for me to change it myself, or do I have to contact Intuit to change it?

I understand the importance of changing email addresses in QuickBooks Self-Employed(QBSE), descentdetective. I'm here to share insights about this. 

 

 We can change your email address by signing in to the  Intuit Account Manager. Then, use your sign in info for your QuickBooks Account. 

 

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager. Use your sign-in info for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Sign in & security menu.
  3. Select the Email address and make your changes.
     
  4. Once done, click Save.
