Yes, there's a way where you can manually add a contractor in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @chavianohandyman.
We can simply uncheck the box in which you can link their email when adding them as contractors. Here's how:
- Select Workers or Payroll and then choose Contractors.
- Click Add a contractor.
- Enter the contractor's Name.
- Uncheck the box that says "Email this contractor to complete their profile..."
- Select Add a contractor.
- Click Add and choose whether the contractor is an individual or a business, then enter their information.
- Select Save and close.
