Is there a way to have a Pay button option on the statement. I have customers that want to pay from the statement, not each individual invoice.

Is there a way to have a Pay button option on the statement. I have customers that want to pay from the statement, not each individual invoice.

The ability to directly pay from the statement is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ssprinting. Customers will have to make separate payments for each invoice.

As a workaround, you can ask customers to pay the total amount of their statement via bank transfer or ACH. You can create a payment link for the total amount due and share it with your customers.

Once you receive the payments, create a bank deposit for the total amount on the statement.

I can see how having this option would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.

Additionally, you can find information about the timing of QuickBooks depositing customer payments into your bank account by visiting our QuickBooks Payments page.

If you require more assistance receiving payments, kindly notify me by leaving a comment below. I'll be happy to circle back and assist you however I can.

Another option, ask your client to use a free billing management app as a workaround to pay your invoices in a single payment.
