Is there a way to search invoices or estimates by job name. I do same job every 2-3 yrs. It would save time to lookup previous invoice or estimate.

Yes, you can search invoices or estimates by job name to save your time looking for the previous transactions. I'll guide you how.

1. From your Dashboard, select the Magnifying Glass.
2. Type in the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then select the desired transaction.
3. If the transaction does not appear in the result list, select Advanced Search.
4. In the All Transactions drop-down, select invoice or estimates.
5. Adjust the filters to search the type of data you want. Use the following filters to find all transactions that you are looking for.
