Hello,
There is no link from QuickBooks that you can send. You might want to see if your bank has an option to provide a secure link that someone can click to transfer money.
If you are not going to create invoices for every person that attends, then once the payment posts to your bank account and downloads into QuickBooks on the bank feed, you can still select a payee for each payment and associate the payment with whatever income account you specify for the registration fee.
