Issue with Amount field getting truncated on Estimate form

For some reason both the Chat and Call back options for Help are offline!! What is going on with Quickbooks Support? I setup an Estimate form and no matter what I do the Amount field is wrapping the numbers so they look weird. I set the field to have more than enough characters. Anyone else see this?

I'm here to take care of your concern about the Amount field on your estimate transaction.

 

Our phone lines are open from Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Thus, you should be able to connect with our Support Team in no time.

 

On the other hand, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue you had with your estimates. In most cases, unexpected behavior happens due to the stored cache on the regular browser you're using. For the time being, I recommend creating or setting up your estimate through a private window. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If the field works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Moreover, you can use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
