Allow me to share some details about the form you've received and know if you really need to fill out this form.
When voiding a check, no form needs to be filled out. Unless it is a Direct Deposit, or if the form is from the emails stated in this article: Is this email I received a legitimate communication from Intuit?
If the sender of the form was not stated there, you should not fill out the form and report it to Intuit Online Security Center.
You may check out this article to know more about managing your checks: How to void or delete a check in QuickBooks Online.
You're always welcome to let me know more if you have other questions. I'd be happy to answer them. Have a good one.
I called back and a lady fixed my issue BUT then I get an email that said the checks had been deleted only to login to my QB and they have deleted the wrong checks? They deleted checks that weren't on the form that I even filled out and had to submit. I'm beyond irritated at this point that I have to get them to call me back and correct this issue. I cut paper checks for all my payroll and I also manually submit all of our payroll tax forms.
This isn't the kind of experience we want you to encounter, tmrc_al.
I'm here to ensure you'll get the help you need.
I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team to have this checked and investigated. They are also equipped with tools to correct the checks.
