Join nowI have a been receiving PO's without a bill and when I do this the cost is not coming through on my job probability report. Can some help me figure out why. When I enter bills directly they show up but when I receive item without bill on PO they don't process through. We use Bill.com to process payments and bills.
In order to have an expense show up on a financial report, it has to be a posting expense. A Purchase Order isn't posting and doesn't count.
What do you mean when you write, "I receive item without bill"?

I'll answer your query about POs and why they don't appear in your Job Profitability report.
Purchase orders are non-posting transactions, which is why they don't show up on the Job Profitability report. You'll have to convert it to a bill so the transaction will become posting.
