How do you limit decimal place to 2 from 5 in the quoting rate column?

Adjusting the transaction's decimal places from 5 to 2 in the Rate column isn't possible in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). As a way around, you can look for a third-party app that lets you modify it.
Just hover to the App Center and browse for an app from there. You can also visit our Apps for QuickBooks Desktop page for additional reference.
