Is anyone having problems with the link being sent to your accountant? I have placed a ticket over 2 weeks ago and it still doesn’t work and no communication on status updates.
What kind of issue did your accountant get? Like the following one or else?

Are you referring to the invitation link you've sent to your accountant? If so, may I know what specific error message did your accountant receive when clicking the link? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.
In the meantime, have your accountant open the link using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.
Here's how:
