My business does not really have repeat customers, how do I erase the customers from my invoicing?

I have another way on how you can erase your customers from showing on the list and I'm here to guide you through the process, steelmagnoliains.

For now, you can only set your customer as inactive. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Sales tab, then select Customers
  2. Select the customer that you want to erase by ticking the box on the left side.

  3. Click the Batch actions drop-down arrow and select Make inactive.

Also, QuickBooks Online offers a variety of reports that will show different aspects of your business. For more information, check this article for your reference: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have any concerns with your customers' list. I'm always right here to help you anytime.
