Thank you for utilizing the Banking feature in QuickBooks.
You'll want to find a converter to convert your file to a CSV or XLXS (to be saved as CSV). You'll only need the following columns in order to import your transactions: Date, Description, and Amount. It's even better if you can connect your bank account so you don't have to upload transactions in the future.
