My customers payment says deposited but i dont see it in either of my bank accounts why is this

Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community forum, @stacytcb. I can share some insights to help you show the payments into your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The reason why it doesn't show up yet in your bank account is that you still need to make a bank deposit. The Merchant Services Center synced payments posted to the Undeposited Funds account by default. You'll have to move these funds in order for them to appear in your bank account. Here's how:

  1. Click the + New button.
  2. Select Bank deposit under the Other section.
  3. Choose the account you want to put the money into from the Account dropdown.
  4. Select the payments. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip.
  5. Enter the amount and other needed details.
  6. Select Save and new or Save and close.

Check out this guide to learn more about the process: Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

If you're a new user, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. The deposit speed would depend on the service you're using and the type of payment. The first deposits take a bit longer since we're setting up and finalizing your merchant account. Rest assured, they will be deposited much faster after we're done.

However, if you haven't received the funds at the allocated time, I recommend getting in touch with our Payments Support Team so they can help check the status and trace your payments.
