My customers successfully paid invoices via the link. However, for some reason, the paid amount was not deposited into our bank account since July. What's the problem?

Hi @bogdanivashchuk2 , clear cache (here) and browsing history,

open qb in private window. Then try :

  • Go to Banking on the left panel.
  • Click on the Banking link.
  • Select the account you’re working on.
  • Next, click on the Update button.

Or you could upload bank transaction manually here . Comment back, cheers.

I'll add more details to what gayatriluthfias20 suggested above, @bogdanivashchuk2

 

Deposit speeds are different depending on the payment type you're using in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To find out how long it takes to get payments you process in the program, see Step 1 through this article: Payment Deposit Schedules.

 

Also, the delay may vary depending on the following scenarios: 

  • The time of the day when you enter those transactions
  • Weekends and federal holidays
  • Financial institution where funds are deposited
  • Bank policies for verifying and processing electronic deposits

 

Since the paid amount wasn't deposited into your bank account starting July, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Customer Support Team. They have the necessary tools to check the status of your deposit, its reasons for the delay, and help you fix it from there. They are available from 6 am - 6 pm PT (Mondays to Fridays). I'll guide you how. 

  1. Go to this link: Contact Payments Support
  2. Locate the QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center section. 
  3. Sign in to your QBO account. 
  4. Select Help (?) at the upper right.
  5. Click Contact Us.
  6. Enter Why the paid amount was not deposited into our bank account since July? in the What can we help you with? box. 
  7. Select Let's talk.
  8. Choose a way to connect with a live agent. 

 

Once resolved, you can log into your Merchant Service Center (MSC) portal. Then, go to the Activity & Reports section and select Deposits. From there, you'll be able to search for your deposits within a year.
