There is currently an ongoing investigation (INV-87908) regarding the issue of missing invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Please be assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to resolving this matter with a suitable solution. We want you to know that fixing this issue is a top priority for us and we are committed to seeing it through until it is completely resolved.
As a workaround, you can view the invoices by logging in to your QBSE account using your mobile app.
While we don't have an exact time when this issue will be resolved, I recommend contacting our Phone support team to add you to the list of affected users. Once your account is linked, you'll receive an email notification when an update is available. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Help and select Contact Us.
- From there, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: (INV-87908).
- Next, click Continue.
- Then, select either the Chat or Callback option.
