Hello there @srrobbins2.
Thanks for being a part of our Community! To answer your question, there is no "daily limit" on the amount you are able to pay to your vendor with our QuickBooks Online bill pay.
However, please be aware that your financial institution may have a daily spending limit. Additionally, payments of over $5,000 will take more time to arrive.

Now that QuickBooks has their own Bill Pay module, apparently there is a daily limit for scheduling payments via ACH. However, no one can tell me what that limit is, and trying to schedule the payment simply fails (only the help desk can see the error code which translates to exceeding the daily limit). So far I've tried to pay $4,000 to one vendor and even that small amount failed. For this module to be at all useful/functional, the daily limit and per payment limit needs to be >$100,000.
Hello, @mestrauss.
Allow me to share some insights about your payment limits in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QuickBooks, the daily and pre-payment limits can vary based on the duration for which you have been using your account.
To sort this out, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks support. They can review each profile and look at the processing limit. You can ask for some official documents to see how the business is going to raise that limit.

Thank you, but it is QuickBooks Payment Support who told me there is a daily limit, but they could not tell me what it was or how to raise it. I have case ID [Removed], and they told me lots of users are having this problem; they also said they had no idea how long it would take to find a resolution to this issue. For now, they advised me to pay my bills outside of Bill Pay - crazy.
I understand that paying your vendors in a hassle-free manner is crucial, @mestrauss, and I appreciate all the steps you have taken.
However, there are standard daily and monthly payment limits for some users, which are determined based on their banking and processing volume history. If you exceed these limits, you can't make online payments until they are restored within 30 days.
Nevertheless, you are still able to pay your vendors with cash or a check or via a third-party app.
While I would love to assist you further, the process requires some personal information, and we prioritize keeping your information secure. Therefore, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team for assistance as the Community is a public forum.
