When uploading your receipts to QuickBooks, remember the file types supported are PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. If you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your pictures might be in the HEIC format. You can convert HEIC images to a compatible format.
Then, you can upload receipts from your computer or Google Drive, and each image or file should only contain a single receipt. Here's how:

However, if the issue persists after following those steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They also have additional tools to pull up your account and do a screen share to guide you in rectifying the issue.

Before that, could you please confirm if you are using an Android device to upload your receipts? If that's the case, I want to inform you that there is an ongoing investigation into the issue with the Receipt Snap feature not working on the QBO Mobile App for Android.
To be included in the list of impacted users and receive updates regarding the resolution, I suggest reaching out to our support team.
If not, let's ensure that your file is between 46KB to 20 MB. This way, it will be uploaded successfully. In addition, we don’t recommend uploading receipts with sensitive or personal info, like credit card numbers and government identifiers.
In the meantime, you can upload your receipts through the web browser. For more insights, you can review this link: Upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can also email your receipt to QuickBooks Online. We’ll extract info from it and create a transaction for you to review.
