I'm here to help point you in the right direction who can help you reopen your merchant account, visualjc.

While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.

Since re-opening your merchant account requires sensitive information, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Merchant Services Center to help you renew the account. All accounts related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes.

Once re-opened, you can go through this article to help you set up your invoices: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed. On the same link, you'll find steps on how to customize your template as well as managing your transactions.

Additionally, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. I need to make sure this is resolved and you're back to running your normal business processing. All the best!
