My time entries don't have the price when they are added to invoice. I've added the price for HOURS in the item list.

Helping you show the time price to your invoice is my priority, dcaparaso.

 

There are times that the browser keeps either too many or outdated Internet files that may cause websites, like QuickBooks Online, to act weirdly.

 

As an initial step, we can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If it's still doesn't show time entries, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps by accessing your account in a private window. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Once signed in, add the time entries to your invoice and check the price. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

I appreciate you for following the steps presented by my peer RoseMarjorieA above to isolate the problem. 

 

Since the troubleshooting steps didn't work on your end, I'd suggest communicating with our Technical Support. They have advanced tools to check your time entries page and create an investigation if necessary. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then choose Contact Us. 
  2. Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the needed information, then submit the request. 

 

Please call them within business hours to ensure we address your concern immediately. Our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
