Once confirmed and the issue persists, I'd recommend logging in to your account through an incognito window. Experiencing this kind of problem in QuickBooks is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. By doing this, we can see if it's browser-related.

Once signed in, re-print the payment details to verify if it's performing well. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache.

Adding the account summary will give your customers a snapshot of their recent transactions. In addition to the invoice balance, the summary gives them their current total account balance and all payments or credits since their last invoice.
Alternatively, you can give them their complete transaction history by giving them a Balance Forward statement.
