Thanks for visiting the Community today. I've got you the steps to update your company address in QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings (gear) icon, then select Account and Settings under Your Company
  2. Go to Company from the left menu.
  3. Choose the Address section.
  4. Update your Company address
  5. Click Save
  6. Choose Done

 

You can always go back to the Company menu to update your business details. You can check out this article for more insights: Change Your Business Info

I just want to confirm you're trying to make these changes from the Admin account.  If so, can you share some information on why you aren't able to make this change as outlined earlier in the thread? I'd be happy to assist if you can share what you're seeing that's preventing this.

I work in "Accountant View". My other option is "Business View".

My "User Type" is "Primary Admin".

When updating the company address on QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, are you trying to make some changes to the client's account? If yes, you may need to select the specific client, then continue following the steps provided by my colleague katherinejoyceO. Also, have you received any error messages?
