I just want to confirm you're trying to make these changes from the Admin account. If so, can you share some information on why you aren't able to make this change as outlined earlier in the thread? I'd be happy to assist if you can share what you're seeing that's preventing this.

I work in "Accountant View". My other option is "Business View".
My "User Type" is "Primary Admin".

When updating the company address on QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, are you trying to make some changes to the client's account?
