Welcome to the QuickBooks family, Keith!

You mentioned about Mac, but your question is tagged as QuickBooks Online. I'm wondering if you use QuickBooks Desktop for Mac or QuickBooks Online.

If you use the desktop version, please edit your template and adjust the layout of your template.

  1. Edit your invoice template again.
  2. In the Basic Customization window, click the Layout Designer button.
  3. Click the box where you place the address and move it upward. You don't want overlap it with other boxes, and be sure it doesn't touch the margin line.
  4. Optional: Click on Margins and adjust margin at the bottom part.

If you're using the online version, please go back to the edit screen. Then, adjust the Page Margin under the Design bar. You can click on Preview PDF button after your changes to see how it would look like on the actual invoice.
