The Customize feature in QuickBooks allows you to make selections and set preferences in the system.
In order to view the payment date of the invoice, you’ll want to select the Date option located on the settings of the report. Here’s how:
- Go to the Reports from the navigation pane.
- Enter/select the Transaction List by Customer in the field.
- Click Customize.
- Under Rows/Columns, mark the Date. You can also select other details.
- Press the Run report button below.
You can also select the Small Gear icon then put a check-mark on your preferred details.
