Online payment options do not show up on customers' invoices, but does show up if they access the invoice on a phone?

The issue about the missing online payment options on invoices is already reported to our engineers. They’re working towards finding a permanent solution to get the feature functioning back to normal.
Since there’s already a ticket issued about this, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. One of our specialists will collect personal information to add your company to the list of affected users. You’ll receive an email when there’s progress about the investigation.
Click on the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
From there, tap the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.
Next, hit I still need a human button to display the QB Assistant pop-up.
Click the Contact us link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Select the Message an agent for real-time assistance or Get a callback.
