You might have reached your processing limit, Contact51. This could be the reason why your customer is unable to pay online.

 

Some of our QuickBooks Online Payment customers have a limit on how much they can be paid online in a 30-day rolling period. You have an option to increase your limit. For more details, I'll share the article about Online payments and processing limits
