Page Numbers on Reports

I'm here to help you add page numbers on your General Ledger (GL) report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Currently, getting numbers in the GL is unavailable in QBO. The closest workaround that I can provide you is to export the report to Excel or PDF. From there, you can add page numbers.

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports tab on the left side. 
2. Type the report name in the search box. 
3. Customize it to show specific details, then tap Run report. 
4. Click the Export tab and choose Export to Excel or Export to PDF. 
5. Add the page number.

Thank you, Michelle, for your response, but actually there ARE page numbers on the GL report; I just didn't notice them in the preview.

They are quite small, in the bottom right corner...but they are there!!
