Thank you for the very detailed screenshot and for letting us know that the reports you mentioned do not capture the purchase order numbers in the P.O.# column.
While we are unable to make changes on the report, I'm encouraging you to submit feedback. This way, our engineers knows what happened via a reporting customer and can consider making changes in further updates.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose Send Feedback Online.
- Select Bug Report.
- In the Product Area, choose Reports.
- Describe what you're trying to do and the result.
- Click Send Feedback.

You can also check about customizing reports in QuickBooks Desktop, so you'll be guided through getting the information you only need on reports.
