QB Online Pro, how many products can you store?

Yes, QuickBooks Online is a cloud base. There isn't storage on attachments and other selected data. That said, you can add inventory items as many as you want.

In most cases, an unexpected error like this is caused by the stored cache on the regular browser you're using. You can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

Below are the keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, enter the item again. If this works fine with Private Browsing or Incognito window, go back to your original browser and clear the cache to make sure your browser functions more efficiently.

Hey There thanks for the reply however I have been doing all these steps for days now and even did a remote session with a QB tech but none of these solve the issue. 

Steps I have taken: Ive cleared cookies, tried 3 different computers, two different web providers, two different browsers & even tried private browsing. The issue started very gradually months ago just getting slow and having glitches then progressed to where 2-3 weeks ago it was inoperable and I had to revert back to manually producing quotes, purchase orders & invoicing.

This all started when we started mass importing of goods & services, I was told the quantity was unlimited but once we got into the 50K product range everything quit working? I have read in the forms that the limit is 14,500? Is this true? 

I have another business with online QB and from the exact same computer and internet service everything work flawlessly?

You mentioned QB Online Pro. Are you using QB Online Plus or QB Desktop Pro edition?

Shoot I wished I was certain however I said pro but it might be plus. I was trying to find it today and went all through the account info but it’s not very easy to figure out. 

however if I bet a dime to a dollar I bet it’s Plus and not pro. Sorry for misleading info.

The 14,500 limit only applies to QB Desktop Pro/Premier.

Please be aware that the 14,500 limit is only applicable for QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier. If you're using QuickBooks Online Plus, know that there's no storage limit for products you'd want to add, attachments, and other selected data. With that said, it's unlimited storage.
