QB POS 2019

I have an existing item in my inventory at the initial cost. My inventory shows 2 items in stock at the original cost price. I created a PO. Upon the arrival of the goods, there was an increase price of the said item. I did the necessary cost adjustment and updated the inventory. I realized that my selling price did not change even though I have my department set up with the desired markup. How can I resolved without using Price Manager on all the items within this department.

Hi there, @Super.

You may need to use the Price Manager feature to resolve the issue.

To work with Price Changes, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Go to the Inventory menu at the top.
  2. Select Price Manager.
  3. Choose Make Price Changes.
  4. Pick the Price Level of the items you’re updating.
  5. Enter the price change Name and Notes about the change, then select Next.
  6. Decide the items you need to change the prices for and once you’ve chosen the items, select Next.
  7. Elect the options you’d like to use for the pricing formula and select if you want to see Price Rounding options, then select Next.
  8. Hit Finish, then review and edit the prices if needed before applying to your inventory.
  9. Tap Save if you want to save the changes to apply at a later time or select to Apply the changes to the inventory to apply them now.
