QP POS 2012 connectivity with QP Desktop 2022

Yes, you can transmit data from POS to QuickBooks Desktop on the same day. I'll show you how to accomplish it.

Let's use the Recover Data function to pull the transactions from a specific start date when performing a financial exchange. Take the following steps:

1. Go to Financial, then select  Financial center.
2. Click Show Advanced Options, then Recover Data Now.
3. Tap Continue. Enter the date range.
4. Type Yes in the confirmation window and click Continue.

You can utilize the same report, but the manually input data prevents us from recognizing between them.

After completing the Recover Data process, utilize the End of Day method to transfer the following data. On the POS home screen, select End of Day Procedure. Click the Exchange data with the QuickBooks check box before tapping Start.

I don't see QBD POS 19.0 supporting QBD 2022 at this time. You can notice that they just updated the content yesterday.

So I'm also not sure QBD POS 12.0 supports QBD 2022. Consider to use QBD 2021 instead and you can still purchase the one time license for it. Utilize the trial version to make sure it works on your machine.

I have QB 2020 and QB2020 just haven't installed the upgrades.

Will QB2020 or QB2021 support financial exchange wlith QB POS 2012?

I can't afford to upgrade QB2012 to a newer version.

I currently use financial exchange between QBPOS 2012 and QB DESKTOP PRO 2019.. 

After I upgrade QB DESKTOP PRO 2019 to QB DESKTOP PRO 2020 or 2021, will I still be able to use financial exchange from QBPOS 2012 to my upgraded QB DESKTOP?

I cannot afford the cost of upgrade QBPOS 2012 to a newer version.

I can't find a solid reference on that. But the following reference may imply that QBD POS 12.0 does not support QBD 2020 or later versions. It is why I recommend to utilize the trial version to make sure.
