We'll start by updating your version of QuickBooks, and ensure your Microsoft Office meets the platform's system requirements (2021, 2022, 2023).
If your version of Microsoft Office isn't compatible, you'll need to upgrade. If it is, repair Microsoft Office. Then, go back to QuickBooks to download your Excel files.
