QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus 23 Crashes when sending invoices

It's been more than 3 weeks since I am following up with Intuit support to get the QuickBooks Desktop issue fixed. 

 

When I am trying to send an invoice, the message appears saying QuickBooks has stopped working. If there is any solution please help me.

I can see the urgency of getting this rectified, and I want to ensure this is taken care of, Ned Sage.
 

The error that you've encountered is an indication of potential damage to the software. Usually, this can be caused by internal (within QuickBooks) or external (file location) factors. To rule this out, we can install QuickBooks Tool Hub and use the diagnostic functionality.

 

This is a collection of tools that can help resolve crash issues and runtime errors that a user might face while working in QuickBooks Desktop. For the best experience, we recommend using this tool on Windows 10, 64-bit. 

 

When you're ready, follow these steps to get started:
 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the tool hub
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install, then agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Once done, it's time to run the Quick Fix my Program utility: This will shut down any open background processes and conduct a quick repair on your product.
 

  1. Go to Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QBDT and open your data file.

 

If you still get an error message upon sending the invoices, you'll have to utilize QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool:
 

  1. Head to Installation Issues.
  2. Select QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool, then let it run. It can take up to 20 minutes.
  3. When the tool finishes, restart your computer and start QuickBooks Desktop, then open your data file.

 

After that, update your QuickBooks to the latest release. This makes sure you have the most recent fixes and security patches.

 

Another option will be performing a clean installation to start over fresh. Please know that this process won't affect your data at all.
